Had some lovely feedback from this weekends guests. They were lucky enough to book for the middle of bluebell season so everything was beautiful as could be.
“We loved our stay on the bus, it was utterly charming. Set in a secluded spot surrounded by bluebells, the bus was exactly the rustic getaway we were hoping for. The wood burner will keep you toasty warm in the evenings, the bed was super comfy and there was plenty of hot water. Tom even provided a couple of welcome beers and fresh bread for the morning. A perfect host and a perfect stay, thank you!”

We had the very talented Mr Phill Aller come to take some photos of the bus for an upcoming article in west magazine yesterday. See what he managed to capture below.
This is it. We have a booking system, for our little B'n'B here in Dorset. We have a website. We have some great photographs of the cosy little bed, kitchen and bathroom. We have finished all the decorating inside. We even have our first guests down for a couple of nights glampimg as I type this!
My my sister kitty has also made a great little video for our front page. We we have got to be the the most exciting Dorset glampimg business going at the moment. If you're looking for accommodation in purbeck, wareham, swanage or lulworth, this is the B'n'B for you. Also, if you want somewhere a bit different to spend your purbeck wedding night, why not have us move the bus to your field? It can all be done for much less than you would expect. Glampimg in style at your wedding in your own tiny home! Also, we are looking at organising the bus to be in situ glampimg accommodation at both bestival and camp bestival. Why stay in a yurt, teepee, or shepherds hut when you can hire our ten tonnes of fun and have all your mates over to use your hot shower! looks like we have a timeline for our first weekend of business. With everything going to plan we intend to have our bus'n'breakfast open for customers by the beginning of the Easter holidays. Most of our structural, plumbing and decorating work should be finished by the end of next weekend and then Ella will be coming in to make everything look nice and homely the following week. So lots of exciting pictures to look forward to. The booking process is still in the works and at the moment booking enquirys will be taken via email. The calendar for availability can be seen on our bookings page, so if you fancy a bus break and have a weekend or more in mind, you can now check the availability from the website.
I am hoping to be able to handle all bookings and enquiries from around the end of February. Not to overstate the obvious, as you're reading this, but Bus'n'Breakfast now has an online presence. Huzzah! |
